RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We expect you'll love your purchase but if for any reason you're not satisfied, we're pleased to offer returns on purchases from both our Hampton Boutique & Online. All returns must be made within 14 Days following the full returns and exchange policy provided below.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to lodge your free return.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Refunds are eligible on full priced styles only. **Unless in the event of a faulty item.
Full price items can be returned for a full refund, credit note or size exchange.
Sale items are not eligible for a refund. All discounted styles marked as "sale" on the product page can be returned for a credit note or free size exchange only. **Unless in the event of a faulty item.
Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange. This refers to styles marked as "final sale” on the product page. **Unless in the event of a faulty item.
If your return does not comply with these conditions your item/s will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost.
Please initiate your refund/exchange via our Returns Portal and follow the prompts. If your return has not been approved first via our return portal, your order will be sent back to you.
Returns for refunds, store credits or exchanges will be free of charge to the customer, with your new order being dispatched free of charge.
REFUNDS
If your return is eligible for a refund, you will be refunded back to your original payment method, less the original shipping fee. Once the refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow up to five business days for this amount to appear in your account. Note that to receive a refund for your online purchase, you must return via the Returns Portal.
EXCHANGES
We offer free and easy online exchanges within 14 days from delivery. Submit your online return through the portal and follow the steps to select a new product. Exchange items will be dispatched free of charge once your return has been received and processed by our team. Please note, as we are unable to hold your item and we encourage you to return it as quickly as possible to avoid disappointment. If the style or size you are hoping to exchange for is no longer available at the time of processing, a refund or credit note will be issued depending on the item’s eligibility. Returns Portal
CREDIT NOTES
Credit notes are valid for three years from issue date and will be emailed to you with a unique code to use online. If you have purchased an item using a credit note, you will be issued a new credit to the value of the item being returned. Returns Portal
FINAL SALE
Final sale refers to items that are marked down during a special offer or are marked to clear. Item/s marked as "final sale" cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, unless in the event of them being faulty.
IN STORE RETURNS
Purchases made in store can be returned within 7 days from the original purchase date for a refund, exchange, or credit note depending on the item’s eligibility.
ONLINE PURCHASES RETURNED IN STORE
Items purchased Online and can be returned to our Hampton Boutique for an exchange or credit note only. Returns for Refund can be dropped off at our Hampton Boutique with the refund being processed via our online portal in the same manner as the item was purchased.
**INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS
All items are quality controlled to a high standard before dispatch, but if you receive an item that is not 100% right, please within 14 days lodge return via Returns Portal. If your return falls outside of the 14-day policy, please our contact us at hello@jacandmooki.com with your order number and images of the fault or issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; failure to use in accordance with care instructions; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
NZ RETURNS
