At jac + mooki, we make every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase(s), both in Boutiques & Online. If for any reason, this is not the case, we provide the opportunity to easily return or exchange your purchased items in-store and via post within 14 days. Full returns and exchange policy provided below.
CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
We are happy to offer an exchange or credit note on change of mind purchases made in Boutiques & Online within 14 days of making your purchase in-store (or) receiving your online order. To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Proof of purchase must be accompanied with the returned item/s;
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition free from any marks (including makeup and perfume) with all tags intact
RETURN/EXCHANGE IN STORE:
Return or exchange your purchase at any jac + mooki Boutique free of charge within the 14-day timeframe.

RETURN/EXCHANGE BY POST:
Return or exchange your purchase by post within the 14-day timeframe along with a completed returns form (included in all online orders) to:

- We recommend using a registered mail service as jac + mooki is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
- Customers are responsible for all charges associated with returning items to jac + mooki due to change of mind.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for your return/exchange to be processed after your return parcel has been received by our Customer Service Department.
"FINAL SALE" ITEMS
All items tagged with “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is deemed faulty by jac + mooki. Final sale applies to items that have been marked down to clear. By purchasing a final sale item, you agree that the item cannot be returned.
We will happily replace or refund faulty items, subject to availability. All faulty/damaged items must be physically returned to jac + mooki by post to be processed by our Quality Assurance Department who will assess the issue and respond with a solution as soon as possible. See post details above.

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR POLICY
jac + mooki cannot be liable for changes in colour perception. Whilst every effort is made to accurately display the colour of our garments, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
