We expect you'll love your purchase but if for any reason you're not satisfied, we're pleased to offer returns on purchases from both our Hampton Boutique & Online. All returns must be made within 14 Days following the full returns and exchange policy provided below.
CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
We offer a refund, exchange or credit note on change of mind purchases across full-price items at our Hampton Boutique & Online within 14 days of making your purchase in-store (or) receiving your online order. To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Proof of purchase must be accompanied with the returned item/s;
- The item must be in their original condition with all tags intact, unworn, unwashed and free from marks (including makeup and perfume).
We only offer exchange or credit notes for items purchased on sale or during a promotional period.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All items tagged with “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned unless the item is deemed faulty by JACANDMOOKI. By purchasing a final sale item, you agree that the item cannot be returned.
We will happily replace or refund faulty items, subject to availability. All faulty/damaged items must be physically returned to JACANDMOOKI by post to be processed by our Quality Assurance Department who will assess the issue and respond with a solution as soon as possible. See post details above.

Items purchased in store can be returned for a credit note, exchange or refund, at the JACANDMOOKI Hampton Boutique free of charge within the 14-day timeframe.
ONLINE RETURN/EXCHANGE BY POST:
Items Purchased Online:
Items purchased online can only be returned for a credit note, exchange or refund via post.
Returns by post should be shipped within the 14-day timeframe along with a completed returns form to:

- We recommend using a registered mail service as JACANDMOOKI is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
- Customers are responsible for all charges associated with returning items to JACANDMOOKI due to change of mind.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for your return/exchange to be processed after your return parcel has been received by our Customer Service Department.
EXCEPTIONS TO OUR POLICY
JACANDMOOKI cannot be liable for changes in colour perception. Whilst every effort is made to accurately display the colour of our garments, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
